As a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer, you’ll have the chance to showcase your talents and grow within our dynamic team.

You will encounter a variety of technologies, including MS Server, Desktop, Active Directory, and Networking, allowing you to continuously expand your skill set.

 

Requirements:

✔️ Excellent technical and communication skills

✔️ Strong customer service skills with a can-do attitude

✔️ Ability to work calmly and patiently under pressure

✔️ Previous experience in a service desk role (service provider or corporate environment)

✔️ Microsoft Server MCP Exam preferred

✔️ Proven abilities in IT support and installation

✔️ Working knowledge of Microsoft Desktop & Office Systems, Server and Virtualization Technologies, Active Directory Security and Administration, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, hardware support, and more!
