Your role involves:
- Technical Leadership:
- Visionary leadership aligning technology efforts with our mission.
- Leading our technology strategy, fostering innovation and growth.
- Leveraging emerging technologies to advance our product offerings.
- Enhancing our internal tooling capabilities, such as Salesforce and process automation.
- Product-Oriented Approach:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape our product roadmap.
- Ensuring delivery of high-quality, strategically-aligned products.
- Emphasising a customer-centric approach in product development.
- Team and Organisational Leadership:
- Inspiring a diverse technology and product team.
- Leading the transition to a tech-first approach.
- Cultivating a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
- Developing and articulating the company’s technology vision and strategy.
- Proactively understanding and addressing user needs.
- Extensive experience as a product-oriented technologist and leader, preferably in startup environments.
- Demonstrated ability in building and managing high-performing technology teams.
- Strategic thinker with outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communicator, adept at engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- (Preferable) Adtech expertise and familiarity with current trends.
