This is a business analysis-led role, acting as the link between clients, operational stakeholders, IAM architects, engineers and project delivery teams.
You will be responsible for understanding how identity and access processes currently operate, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, and ensuring business requirements are clearly captured and translated into practical technical solutions.
The role will initially be offered as a six-month fixed-term contract, with strong potential to become permanent as the business continues to grow, although this cannot be guaranteed.

Gathering, documenting and managing functional and non-functional requirements
Reviewing current Joiner, Mover and Leaver processes
Capturing as-is provisioning and deprovisioning processes
Developing future-state process maps, user journeys and use cases
Identifying manual processes, control gaps and opportunities for automation
Acting as the main link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
Facilitating solution-design and process-review sessions
Working closely with IAM architects, engineers, project managers and BAU teams
Ensuring requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions
Supporting JML automation and identity-lifecycle improvements
Supporting the design and implementation of RBAC and access-control models
Contributing to Identity Governance and Administration initiatives
Supporting Privileged Access Management and User Access Review projects
Producing business requirements documents, functional specifications and process flows
Supporting backlog management, testing, implementation and handover
Managing actions, decisions, risks and project documentation
Presenting findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
