She kept in touch, gave great advice, and made everything feel so much less stressful. You can tell she really cares about finding the right fit, not just ticking a box. I would highly recommend Constant Recruitment and in particular Karen Lansbury who was my recruitment manager.

My experience with this recruitment company and with Karen speaking as a candidate has been a candidate's dream.

Karen was very supportive, providing help and advice the whole journey and fought my corner until my new contract was signed.

After accepting my job offer a congratulations on my new role pack including a notebook, pen and sweets arrived in the post, which was a lovely surprise.

I have already recommended Karen and Constant Recruitment to someone I know who is looking for a new role, and have praised Karen for her help in finding my perfect role.

Karen and Constant Recruitment go above and beyond to find the right candidate for the their client, and I cannot thank Karen enough for all of her support during my recruitment journey with Constant Recruitment.

I had just about given up recruiting for our new role, when I got introduced to Rachel and Constant Recruitment.
Thank goodness I did, as we have found our perfect candidate, who has now been with us for almost 3 months.
The way they go about the whole process is unlike any other service we've ever used and is really quite refreshing.
It's clear they care about the placement and what it to be a success.
Absolutely brilliant and I can't wait to need more staff!

Karen understood exactly the type of candidate that we were looking for, and matched my very specific needs- I have made offers to two absolute "wow" candidates in less than 2 weeks. She has been a delight to work with, always available, extremely relatable. She completely removed all the stress I was facing trying to recruit alone. 5 star service! Thank you again Karen!

I sent my CV to Constant Recruitment through an application for a position on their site, to which they promptly responded not only confirming my application but also providing me with good careers advice which was greatly appreciated as a recent graduate. In every interaction with Rachel, who I spoke to over the phone, she was incredibly kind and helpful and at everypoint in my applications I felt involved and kept up to date. Even beyond my initial application she was able to guide me through to a role which I have now been at for six weeks and am very happy with. Would highly recomend to anyone looking for work. Once again thank you very much Constant Recruitment.

Working with Rachel finding a role that matched my skillset and interests was a genuinely pleasant experience! I found our exchanges friendly, professional and reassuring. Rachel was always happy to give her time to discuss the process in support of my search for a role and went above-and-beyond to follow-up with me post-interview, even long after office hours.

I would not hesitate to recommend Constant Recruitment to anyone searching for their next role in the IT industry, whether it's a career change or progression, I believe Rachel is the perfect recruitment agent for your next role or for expanding your IT business.

On a personal note, I’m now four months into my new role and couldn’t be happier! Thanks again Rachel!

Truly fantastic experience and couldn't recommend her enough for anyone looking to recruit for their company or any individual that may be after a new role. 10/10

I had the pleasure of working with Rachel as my recruiter, and I must say, she is one of the best recruiters I have ever worked with. Rachel is not only responsible and professional, but she also listens to your requirements and tries her best to find the job that is the best fit for you.

Throughout the recruitment process, Rachel kept me updated with the latest developments and provided me with valuable insights into the job market. She was always available to answer any questions or concerns that I had and made sure that I was well prepared for interviews.

What I appreciated the most about Rachel was her attention to detail and her willingness to go the extra mile. She took the time to understand my skills, experience, and career aspirations and used this information to match me with the right job opportunities. I felt like she genuinely cared about finding the best fit for me and was not just trying to fill a position.

In summary, if you are looking for a recruiter who is responsible, professional, and genuinely cares about finding the best job fit for you, then I highly recommend Rachel. She is an asset to any organization and a pleasure to work with.

The company reached out to me on LinkedIn while I was looking for a new job, and they did not disappoint. My recruiter Rachel was very nice, friendly and supportive with me getting a new job relating to what i wanted to progress in. She had supported me with tips of how to do well in a interview and asked how i got on after the interviews.

I am now working in a place that is much better than the one i was previously working at so all i can say is that if you are looking for a new job. Constant Recruitment Ltd is the place to go to.

5/5 - Excellent service

Provided detailed and frequent updates concerning the employers/interviews and had me in a new job all within a 2 week process.

They are very professional, responsive and thorough and would highly recommend their services

Rachel is the heart and soul of Constant Recruitment. She is passionate about recruitment, and brings that passion to her clients. In my case having spoken to me at depth, she felt I would fit in very well with one of her long term customers. Having successfully joined her client, I can say she was quite right. The company I am now employed with are very much as described, and I am very comfortable working there.
